The Course of Realms is a self-paced journey through the Cosmos of Unfolding Love—a symbolic map of human flourishing, a storyworld for remembering, and a pathway of spiritual formation rooted in presence, communion, and sacred connection. The Cosmos of Unfolding Love is built on the understanding that Love is the deepest reality we inhabit. The Realms are different expressions of that reality, inviting us into greater participation with ourselves, one another, creation, and the Divine. This course invites you into the central movement of the Realms: Listening, Sensing, Remembering → Flourishing. Here, flourishing is what becomes possible when love is returned to the centre—when the inner life, relationships, and everyday choices are met with honesty and tenderness, and when body, imagination, community, and spirit are welcomed into the same conversation. Across seven Realms, you’ll be guided by contemplative teaching, embodied practices, and creative reflection. You’ll also meet the Scentinals—botanical companions of the Realms, rooted in aromatic qualities, historical uses, and symbolic associations. The Scentinals help you engage memory, imagination, and embodied awareness, offering a gentle way to return—again and again—to presence and renewal. Through ritual and repetition, the Realms become places you can revisit across seasons of life: dimensions of belonging and communion, not levels to complete.
