Jana Holland
Jana Holland lives with one foot in the ancient and the other in the everyday. A spiritual director, somatic trauma practitioner and curator of sacred space, she has spent decades exploring the ways ritual, contemplative practice and the wisdom of the body can help us remember what it means to be human.
Her work is shaped by a deep reverence for the rhythms that have gathered people across generations: story, song, silence, the marking of thresholds and simple acts of attention that bring us more fully into our lives. She is particularly interested in the kind of wisdom that moves beyond what we know intellectually and becomes something we can feel, sense and live.
Through one-to-one work, workshops, retreats and sacred gatherings, Jana creates spaces where people can slow down, listen deeply and reconnect with their own intuition. At the heart of her work is a simple invitation: to meet life with Presence and rediscover the sacred within the ordinary.
