Production Timeline
The first edition of Escensi is expected to ship once production is complete. As this is a small-batch production, timelines may occasionally shift due to manufacturing or supply conditions. If a significant delay occurs, customers will be notified and given the option to request a refund before shipment.
Changes to Final Product
Escensi is a handcrafted offering created in collaboration with multiple suppliers and artisans. While the overall contents of the ritual kit will remain consistent, minor adjustments to packaging, materials, or design may occur during production.
These changes will always be made with care and with the integrity of the ritual experience in mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of product arrivial, include photographs of the product and packaging so we can help resolve it.
